The picture is of our 1.5" thickness grass fed, grass finished Black Angus Tenderloin. Typical weights - 10 ounces to 1.0 lb.
A beef tenderloin, known as an eye fillet in Australasia, filet in France, and fillet in the United Kingdom and South Africa, is cut from the loin of beef. Customers have asked us "why is your tenderloin so tender and flavorful?" It really comes down to superior Black Angus genetics, premium grasses, constant rotation for access to great feed (grasses) and always having well water within 400' as they are rotated. Simply no stress and they don't have to walk far for anything!
Our grass fed, grass finished, purebred Black Angus harvested at the right age and weight to ensure the best possible beef arrives at your table. All expertly cut and packaged by our processor Vermont Packing House.
